The Associate SCRUM Analyst (Part-Time) role is designed for students seeking hands-on experience supporting Agile delivery teams. This position is ideal for individuals who have previously interned with us and are looking to continue building their Agile and Scrum expertise. Note: This is a part-time, hourly position for the Spring 2026 semester. The role is hybrid and based out of Hartford, CT.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; currently pursuing master’s degree preferred.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience; prior internship experience, especially with our organization, preferred.
  • Basic understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and iterative delivery methods.
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within an Agile-focused role.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a part-time, academic-semester schedule.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
  • We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time, including CPT/OPT.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous internship experience with our organization
  • Scrum certification (CSM or equivalent), or progress toward certification.
  • Hands-on experience participating in Agile ceremonies through internships, co-ops, or coursework.
  • Exposure to additional Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with an interest in continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor the Scrum process from initiation through delivery, supporting teams in delivering value efficiently and effectively.
  • Serve as a liaison between the product owner, development team, and leadership to support alignment on priorities and objectives.
  • Assist with facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support team understanding of sprint goals and encourage collaboration, accountability, and iterative progress.
  • Help maintain the product backlog and release planning artifacts under guidance from senior team members.
  • Identify and escalate impediments that may impact sprint progress.
  • Support adaptability within the team as priorities or requirements evolve.
  • Perform work assignments of minimal complexity under close supervision, gaining practical experience in an Agile delivery environment.
  • Complete assigned tasks as directed, demonstrating professional growth and increasing independence over time.
