We are seeking an Associate Scientist to join the Protein Expression Sciences team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating manufacturing grade clinical cell lines for production of therapeutic antibodies to support the Regeneron pipeline. In this role, a typical day may include: Applying innovative mammalian expression technologies to generate regulatory compliant stable cell lines Performing techniques such as aseptic cell culture handling and transfection of cell lines Performing of flow cytometry assays and operating liquid handler platforms (Hamilton, Lynx) to analyze stable cell lines Performing general molecular biology and protein biochemistry techniques e.g., PCR, RT-PCR, plasmid sub-cloning, isolation of genomic DNA and RNA from CHO cells, SDS-PAGE, western blotting Accurately and consistently recording experimental methods, materials, and results in electronic laboratory notebooks This role may be for you if you: Have excellent oral and written communication skills and exhibit meticulous attention to detail Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Are eager to learn and implement new techniques, and work as a team to facilitate development of antibody therapeutics This role requires a BS or MS in a scientific field with 0-3 years of proven experience.
