Why Patients Need You Pfizer’s purpose is to deliver breakthroughs that change patients’ lives. Research and Development is at the heart of fulfilling this mission as we translate advanced science into therapies and vaccines that matter most. As part of the Cellular Mediated Immunity (CMI) group, you will contribute to understanding immune responses that drive vaccine efficacy and safety. What You Will Achieve As an Associate Scientist in the CMI group, you will play a critical role in generating high-quality cellular immunology data in a regulated laboratory setting to support Pfizer’s vaccine programs. The primary focus of this role is high-throughput flow cytometry to analyze cellular immune responses in clinical and non-clinical samples. You may also support additional immunological assays such as ELISPOT and other biofunctional methods. This position involves routine testing, assay development, and data analysis, all performed in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and internal standards. How You Will Achieve It Perform high-throughput flow cytometry assays to characterize cellular immune responses. Support additional immunological assays such as ELISPOT and other biofunctional methods as needed. Maintain compliance with GLP/GCLP and internal SOPs for all laboratory activities. Assist in assay development and qualification and ensure accurate documentation of experimental work. Prepare reagents, maintain inventory, and manage sample workflows efficiently. Analyze and interpret flow cytometry data and present findings to team members and management. Collaborate within the CMI group and across teams to support vaccine development programs.
