There are still lots of open positions. Let's find the one that's right for you.
The position involves designing, developing, and executing studies in rodent disease models, evaluating small interfering RNAs (siRNAs) in wild-type animals, and conducting associated in vitro molecular-based assays such as transcript and protein quantitation. The role requires contributing to study design and execution of studies to characterize molecules for RNAi therapeutic programs, including rodent disease models. The candidate will develop and conduct assays such as qPCR, western blot, ELISA, and flow cytometry/FACS that support in vivo studies. Additionally, the position involves performing in vitro and cell-based assays to characterize drug activity, conducting in vivo procedures in rodents, analyzing and interpreting data, and preparing experimental reports and data presentations. The candidate will also prepare SOPs/protocols and present data to groups within and outside of Research.
