There are still lots of open positions. Let's find the one that's right for you.
The position involves designing and implementing experiments to screen for drug candidates and to address mechanisms-of-action of therapeutic molecules. The candidate will perform complex cell-based functional experiments independently and act as a subject matter expert (SME) for drug discovery in Cell therapy and Immuno-Oncology/Immuno-Therapy. The role requires providing broad assay development support for early-stage drug discovery projects in disease areas of Cell therapy, designing, executing, and validating a variety of assays to understand mechanisms of action and characterize CAR T. The candidate will collaborate with automation engineers to identify suitable approaches to utilize laboratory automation for the execution of variable cell-based assays, including CAR T generation and functional evaluation of CAR expression, phenotyping, cytokine detection, and killing potency in vitro. The role demands spending approximately 85% of time in the laboratory to maintain and implement cell-based assay platforms and perform experiments, interfacing with project teams to meet timelines for project progression, and presenting research findings clearly and effectively at internal and external meetings.
