About The Position

Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Scientist to join the Genetic and Occupational Toxicology Team within the Nonclinical Safety department located in New Brunswick, NJ. This role is pivotal in enabling the safe conduct of clinical studies and marketing applications, applying robust scientific principles and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will engage in hands-on laboratory work, focusing on genetic toxicology, and will be responsible for designing and executing experiments, analyzing and interpreting data, and maintaining meticulous records. The position requires a strong background in mammalian cell culture techniques, with a preference for candidates experienced in flow cytometry. The Associate Scientist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring the integrity and compliance of studies with established protocols and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) regulations. This role not only contributes to the scientific community but also plays a crucial part in transforming patients' lives through innovative research and development.
