About The Position

Join us as an Associate Scientific Director on our Enterprise Content team and help shape educational experiences that make a real difference in healthcare in multiple therapeutic areas. In this role, you’ll partner with a Scientific Director (SD) and a talented internal team to create high-impact video content that educates and inspires both patients and healthcare providers—ultimately improving outcomes of care. You’ll draw on your clinical expertise, leadership, and analytical skills to interpret complex clinical data and transform it into clear, engaging educational projects—from initial concept to final delivery. Along the way, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, learn directly from leading experts in healthcare, and stay at the forefront of emerging topics in multiple diseases. This is a role where you’ll not only engage regularly with top healthcare thought leaders but also share your own clinical insights with colleagues and clients, helping to drive meaningful change in how health care is understood and delivered.

Requirements

• Clinical degree (PharmD) or advanced degree (MS, PhD) in a healthcare-related field (e.g., life sciences, biomedical sciences).
• 2–3 years of experience in an agency or medical communications setting in multiple therapeutic areas, including work on promotional videos, live meetings, or other digital deliverables.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and deliver informed, strategic recommendations to guide the development of relevant, accurate, and high-quality scientific content for video deliverables that educate healthcare providers and patient audiences.
• Analyze and apply evidence-based medical literature, clinical practice guidelines, and disease-state knowledge across various diseases—evaluating levels of evidence, interpreting clinical trial data, assessing therapeutic options, identifying unmet needs, and developing product-specific education.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in support of business development efforts; collaborate with sales teams to identify and present opportunities for funded projects and programs, and contribute to project management activities as needed.
• Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team, engaging effectively with internal partners in project management, editorial, medical writing, and design to ensure cohesive and timely project execution.
• Engage with clients and key opinion leaders (KOLs) through regular meetings to build relationships, align on strategy, and translate complex scientific concepts into clear, impactful communications for medical professionals.
