Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite
  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Candidates with some combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience, eligible for consideration required.

Nice To Haves

  • Working Knowledge of ALS, preferred
  • Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor's, and/or Master's) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality professional service to internal and external customers, understanding all aspect of loan processing, ensuring requests are processed accurately within established credit guidelines and departmental procedures within 24 – 48 hours
  • Ensure customer calls are answered promptly and appropriate coverage is available
  • Prepare and monitor timeliness of lien and UCC releases
