As an Interventional Spine Associate Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in strategically promoting and selling Stryker Interventional Spine products to meet customer needs. This field-based position involves confidently conducting product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings, and persuasively demonstrating the value of Stryker's products. You will be responsible for systematically tracking territory progress and proactively communicating successes with your Sales Representatives, always striving to exceed goals. When working onsite with clients, you will utilize your product knowledge and quick thinking to resolve product-related issues and educate doctors, nurses, and other medical staff on the proper use and maintenance of the products. The role emphasizes providing excellent service and being prepared to assist customers whenever necessary.
