About The Position

Rep-Lite is a leading provider of on-demand sales talent solutions for both B2B organizations and healthcare/medical device companies. We help clients scale quickly by building high-performing sales teams, reducing hiring risk, and accelerating revenue growth. Role Overview This entry-level role is designed to identify companies that need help building their sales teams and strengthening their sales bench depth to develop future sales leaders. You’ll focus exclusively on lead generation—prospecting, qualifying, and booking meetings with decision-makers across B2B industries and healthcare sectors. You will not close deals; your mission is to fill Senior Sales calendars with qualified appointments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or up to 2 years of sales/prospecting experience.
  • Strong communication skills—comfortable cold calling and emailing.
  • Resilient, goal-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coachable and eager to learn.
  • Self-starter who is motivated to get results.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to B2B and healthcare decision-makers.
  • Research and identify prospects in target markets.
  • Qualify leads based on client criteria and business needs.
  • Schedule meetings for Senior Sales reps with qualified buyers.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and track outreach activity.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
