About The Position

As an Orthopaedic Instruments Associate Sales Representative, you will assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker ST products to meet our customers' needs. You confidently conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. Systematically tracking your territory progress, you proactively communicate your wins with your Sales Representatives and push yourself to exceed each goal. When onsite with clients, you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products. You take great pride in excellent service and are prepared to assist a customer whenever the need arises. As an Associate Representative, you love living in the fast lane and find purpose in selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited university.
• 1-2 years in medical sales or B2B is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive an automobile.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.
• Ability to manage time, projects, stress, and conflict.
• Ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records.
• Ability to communicate/present to large groups of people.
• Possess unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive work environment.

Responsibilities
