The Spine Enabling Technologies Associate Sales Representative at Stryker is responsible for promoting and selling Stryker's Spine Enabling Technologies products. This role involves conducting product evaluations, demonstrating product value, and maintaining a sample inventory. The representative will work closely with the Regional Manager and Sales Representatives to track territory progress and exceed sales goals, while also providing support and education to healthcare professionals on product usage and maintenance.

  • Assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker Spine Enabling Technologies products.
  • Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings.
  • Demonstrate the value of products persuasively to customers.
  • Track territory progress and communicate findings with the Regional Manager and Sales Representatives.
  • Solve product problems and inform healthcare staff about proper use and maintenance of products.
  • Manage and maintain sample inventory of products.
  • Cover open territories as needed to grow responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University.
  • 1-2 years in medical device or B2B sales preferred.
