About The Position

As a sales professional at Stryker's Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) division, you will engage with customers and colleagues in various healthcare environments. Your role will involve building relationships, creatively prospecting new customer relationships, and being responsible for the perception of Stryker's brand and reputation. You will work closely with experienced Sales Representatives and Managers to enhance your clinical and product knowledge, and you will receive training to perform at high levels in the operating room. You will represent Stryker as a leader in the industry, identify and promote solutions that change patients' lives, and collaborate with your team to build your business one customer at a time. Your responsibilities will also include assisting Sales Representatives in determining necessary resources for achieving sales objectives and fostering a culture that attracts top performers.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Comfortable adapting to new technology and business advancements.
  • Must be comfortable in emergency and operating room environments.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
  • Ability to deal with competing priorities and adapt to changing days.
  • Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships in sales.
  • Prepared to spend up to 90% of time in the field with customers.
  • Highly organized and able to manage a busy schedule.
  • Personal car required for transporting product inventory.
