About The Position

As an Associate Sales Representative in Stryker's Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) division, you will engage with customers and colleagues, taking responsibility for the company's brand and reputation. You will be responsible for initiating and creatively prospecting new customer relationships, particularly in healthcare environments. The role involves building relationships, collaborating with experienced Sales Representatives and Managers, and receiving training to enhance your clinical and product knowledge. You will work closely with surgeons and healthcare professionals in operating rooms, promoting solutions and selling products that positively impact patients' lives. Your responsibilities will include identifying and prospecting new customers, taking care of existing customers, and assisting Sales Representatives in achieving sales objectives. You will foster a culture that attracts top performers and supports career growth.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Comfortable adapting to new technology and business advancements.
  • Must be comfortable in emergency and operating room environments.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategy, product demonstration, and sales techniques.
  • Ability to deal with competing priorities and adapt to changing situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships in sales.

Responsibilities

Benefits

  • Base/Draw + commission: $70,000-$80,000.
