Our Inside Sales team is dedicated to partnering with organizations to address and solve complex risk problems. The Associate Sales Representative is an entry-level sales position that will acquire and grow revenue from leads, cold-calling and social media while also supporting team growth. The position exists to prepare the individual to move to an Account Management or New Business role upon completion of objectives.

  • Identifying new prospects developing pipeline.
  • Closing new sales.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly revenue objectives.
  • Calling on leads supplied by Marketing Lead Generation team.
  • Completing internal education program consisting of e-learning, SNAP training and job shadowing so that knowledge can be leveraged for generating revenue.
  • Understanding and articulating the value of LexisNexis Risk Management products, needs analysis and pricing as well as competitive offerings.
  • Clearly demonstrating your understanding of LexisNexis pricing, administrative procedures, and organization to effectively communicate LexisNexis Risk Management benefits in a manner meaningful to a customer and in a timely fashion.
  • Working with mentor and manager to develop strategies for new business opportunities, account management responsibilities and sourcing/researching new prospect.
  • Have Bachelor’s or equivalent experience.
  • Work experience in a professional sales environment desirable.
  • Strong organizational, time management and forecasting skills.
  • Demonstrate outstanding networking capabilities and exhibit a professional demeanor, business maturity, and technical knowledge.
  • Able to work as part of a team, accomplishing mutual team goals.
  • Must be able to work two days a week in-office in Boca Raton, FL.
  • This role is an entry-level developmental sales role to prepare an individual for an account management position within the inside sales team.
  • The base salary is set at $50,000, no bonus or commissions.
