Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in sales/clinical setting).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with an ability to build trust with customers and internal partners.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with a broader sales team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Florida (territory travel required) and work in a field-based position.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior medical device, capital equipment, or healthcare sales experience.
  • Experience with ultrasound or imaging technology sales.
  • Knowledge of clinical workflows and decision-making processes in cardiovascular imaging.
  • Existing professional relationships with cardiovascular labs, echo departments, and administrative leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Cardiovascular Ultrasound Product Sales Specialists to provide full territory coverage across Florida.
  • Drive market visibility and customer engagement through targeted outreach, cold calling, canvassing, and coordinated sales activities.
  • Support the creation of a robust orders funnel, contributing to strategic planning and execution of territory-level sales campaigns.
  • Build and sustain customer relationships with key decision makers, clinical leaders, and administrative stakeholders.
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and facilitate clinical trial opportunities as needed.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast orders, ensuring timely updates for leadership and sales planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Virtual Sales, Marketing, Clinical Education, and Service to advance business objectives.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, professional meetings, and clinical forums.
  • Track competitive landscape, market trends, and provide actionable insights to the sales leadership team.
