Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in a service-based environment - such as SaaS, healthcare technology, carrier sales, or diagnostics.
  • Proven ability to prospect, consult, and close business with sophisticated clients.
  • Strong business acumen and executive communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-directed, with strong initiative and resilience.
  • Skilled at building trust and rapport with C-level clients.
  • Excellent presentation and relationship management skills.
  • Motivated by performance, income growth, and long-term success.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into senior living, integrated healthcare systems, or enterprise-level accounts is a plus.
  • Licensed in Property, Casualty, Life, or Health (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

  • Leverage your B2B sales experience to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with executive decision-makers across industries.
  • Collaborate with internal experts to craft tailored risk management and insurance solutions.
  • Develop a business plan with defined market strategies, growth objectives, and production goals.

  • Serve as a strategic partner to clients - understanding their business challenges and aligning our services to their goals.
  • Coordinate with internal service teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and grow long-term client relationships through trust, performance, and proactive engagement.
