FootJoy is seeking a driven Associate Sales Representative to manage and grow a territory of 145+ accounts with a projected $1.8M in annual sales. This role combines relationship-building, product education, and merchandising to drive sell-through and brand visibility. You’ll travel extensively (25–35 overnights annually), support key accounts, and promote FootJoy at championship events and through influential PGA relationships. Requirements

• Strong knowledge of FootJoy products is required.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
• Comfortable driving long distances to provide optimal territory coverage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
• Adaptable to changing environments and customer needs.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
