About The Position

FootJoy is seeking a driven Associate Sales Representative to manage and grow a territory of 120+ accounts with a projected $2M in annual sales. This role combines relationship-building, product education, and merchandising to drive sell-through and brand visibility. You’ll travel extensively (25–30 overnights annually), support key accounts, and promote FootJoy at championship events and through influential PGA relationships. If you’re passionate about golf, sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, this is your opportunity to represent one of the most trusted brands in the game.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of FootJoy products is required.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
  • Comfortable driving long distances to provide optimal territory coverage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Adaptable to changing environments and customer needs.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
