This role plays a key part in ensuring the seamless planning, activation, delivery, and measurement of digital and static media campaigns across Westfield’s U.S. shopping center portfolio. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and solutions‑oriented, with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities and build strong partnerships across internal teams, vendor partners, and external clients. This individual will help drive operational excellence while upholding a high standard of client service throughout the campaign lifecycle. The Scope Serve as a primary resource for all pre‑ and post‑sales processes, supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of digital and static media campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales support, media planning or execution, sales operations, or account management within the advertising or retail industry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with confidence in client‑facing interactions
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Goal‑oriented and proactive, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service and building trusted internal and external relationships

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of sales pitches and proposals, providing pricing insights, inventory recommendations, and support for RFP responses and proposal submissions
  • Manage the accurate entry and maintenance of proposals, campaign details, and related data within sales and inventory management systems and agency portals
  • Coordinate digital and static campaigns by sourcing, validating, and trafficking creative assets, ensuring all materials meet specifications and comply with Westfield brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendor partners to facilitate campaign execution, including permitting, compliance, installation, and issue resolution
  • Ensure all campaigns launch on schedule, meet contractual obligations, and deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, evaluating trends, audience metrics, and digital network KPIs to proactively identify issues and deliver actionable insights
  • Complete end-of-campaign tasks including proof of posting, contract compliance review, and post-campaign reporting and analysis
  • Communicate campaign status updates, inventory changes, occupancy shifts, and key highlights to internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve as a liaison between Westfield Rise media sales, clients, internal URW departments, and vendor partners to gather and share information related to inventory, creative specifications, and campaign execution
  • Maintain and update sales collateral, including inventory maps, creative specifications, and brand guidelines
  • Support ad‑hoc project management, analysis, and reporting as requested
