  • Support an agent portfolio by motivating, coaching, and mentoring agents.
  • Provide strategic and operational guidance to the local Sales Management team.
  • Lead regular office-wide agent meetings for growth planning and performance reviews.
  • Relay market intelligence from the Research team to agents.
  • Provide agents with business planning and professional development guidance.
  • Become an expert in Compass' tech platform to assist agents in growing their business.
  • Help implement initiatives to boost agent productivity through coaching.
  • Regularly track and monitor key metrics that drive revenue and increase efficiency.
  • Create a positive work environment to ensure agent satisfaction and retention.
  • Promote positive behavioral attributes among agents.
  • Resolve agent and brokerage issues as needed.
  • Act as a conduit between the local team and agents for sales-related initiatives.
  • Develop and share perspectives on future agent management.
  • Collaborate with Business Development on potential agent candidates.
  • Lead agents in pitching new business opportunities.
  • Complete annual Agent Contract renewals for the agent roster.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of real estate sales experience.
  • Prior management experience preferred.
  • Valid real estate license in the applicable state at all times of service.
  • Must obtain state license requirements for any jurisdiction in which they operate.
  • In-depth knowledge and proven track record in leadership areas.
