The ASM role is designed as a developmental position that provides hands-on training in sales planning, account management, and value selling, with the goal of progressing into a Regional Sales Manager role. This position operates remotely and the candidate should ideally be located in Northern Ohio. The role will also require regional travel (30–40%) to customer sites, industry events, and internal meetings.
