About The Position

R&R Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to join their team. This role focuses on supporting producers with marketing, client resources, and access to top carriers in the industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-value insurance products and will be responsible for achieving sales objectives, prospecting new business, and maintaining client relationships.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of proven successful sales experience specifically focused on Business-to-Customer Individuals
  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience
  • Property & Casualty Insurance License must be obtained within 90 days of starting in the role
  • Ability to conduct local travel

  • Knowledge of exotic & collector cars, marine & recreational vehicles
  • Familiarity with high limit umbrellas and niche coverages like personal cyber, jewelry, & high value collectibles

Responsibilities

  • Achieve objectives established in annual producer sales plan
  • Prospect new business by cold calling, referrals, natural market, target group, etc.
  • Determine insurance needs, inspect current policies, risk management plan, property, and records
  • Collect risk and underwriting info and develop specifications for new and existing business
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing business clients
  • Identify underwriting markets and design underwriting and service programs
  • Market new and existing accounts and complete submissions
  • Develop sales presentations and meet with clients
  • Handle major claims and follow through with service plan for existing business
  • Sell the account and/or cross sell unwritten portions of account
  • Participate in renewals by reviewing expiration list with service staff to determine appropriate action
  • Analyze policies and coverage for adequacy
  • Maintain production reports and attend sales meetings
