Epsilon is seeking a motivated and results-driven Associate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team in Irving, Texas. As an Associate SDR, you will support the sales team by identifying and creating new qualified opportunities across a range of advertising, marketing, and media solutions. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Development, this role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales, eager to learn, and looking to kickstart their career in sales. You have a strong interest in sales and are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You are detail-oriented and bring a metrics-driven mindset to managing all aspects of the lead funnel. You are a self-starter who can thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. You can plan, prioritize, and direct your daily activities to drive desired outcomes. You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally. Bonus points if you have experience with marketing or advertising products.
