We're seeking a highly motivated, results‑driven Associate Sales Development Representative (ASDR) to join our dynamic sales team at our Liberty Lake, WA headquarters. As an ASDR, you'll be at the front line of revenue growth - identifying potential customers, engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and setting up high‑value meetings for our Account Executives. This is an ideal role for a self‑starter eager to develop their sales skills and make a measurable impact. You'll report directly to the Sales Development Manager and work closely with both sales and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach) and other sales tools.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential customers using a variety of tools - including LinkedIn, industry publications, and CRM systems.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to connect with prospects and generate interest in OpenEye's solutions.
  • Qualify leads by understanding business needs, challenges, and alignment with OpenEye's offerings.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos with qualified prospects for the Account Executive team.
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all activities and interactions in Salesforce CRM.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams on creating and executing targeted outreach strategies.
  • Follow up with prospects who have engaged but haven't yet booked a meeting.
  • Provide regular updates on lead generation, pipeline status, and key metrics to the Sales Development Manager.
  • Perform all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned.

Benefits

  • Base Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour.
  • Commission: On‑target potential of $27,000-$29,000 annually.
  • Total Target Compensation: $70,000-$85,000 annually, with uncapped earning potential.
