As an Associate Sales Consultant with TriNet, you'll play a critical part in support our Senior Sales Consultants through a variety of sales enablement activities. You'll gain hands-on experience with CRM management, lead generation tools and sales strategy, while also actively participating in prospect-facing meetings and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Typically 1+ years business and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels within the organization.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Organizational skills to manage tasks, deadlines and information effectively.
  • Dedication to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced continually evolving business and work environment while managing balancing priorities.
  • Experience with technology and common software and web applications, including MS Office and Salesforce.com preferred.
  • Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Research potential accounts, identify key decision makers and build weekly prospecting lists for field sales consultants.
  • Assist Field Sales Consultants with daily tasks including account research & meeting plans, updating accounts/opportunities within Salesforce CRM, customizing presentations or proposals.
  • Attend sales meetings and engage with prospects and partners via phone, email or in-person. Draft follow-up emails and schedule meetings within Outlook.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of TriNet’s services, offerings and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Actively participate in sales training sessions and workshops to develop skills needed to eventually promote into field sales role.
  • Utilize Sales systems including Salesforce.com, Highspot, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo and quoting tools to efficiently and effectively support field sales teams in their daily activities.
  • Complete all administrative tasks and duties in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate TriNet’s core values daily.
  • Willingness to relocate for field-based roles.
  • Willingness to work from local office location.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
