About The Position

This is an entry-level sales position designed to prepare you for a future Territory Sales Manager (TSM) role. As a Sales Associate, you will help support sales activities, build relationships with customers, and learn the company’s products and processes. You’ll assist the regional sales team, complete administrative tasks, attend meetings/trade shows, and stay informed about industry trends. What you'll do Key Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (required).
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., and walk/stand for long periods.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel up to 50-75%.
  • Must meet hospital credentialing requirements.
  • Assigned to Theraworx Pro Clinical Health Team designated Area.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service, sales, hospital or marketing experience preferred.
  • Basic sales and negotiation skills preferred.
  • Intermediate–advanced computer skills (MS Office; CRM a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow business with new and existing customers by introducing products and explaining features and benefits.
  • Support Area Sales Manager by implementing and in-servicing Theraworx Product Line.
  • Help solve customer issues by working with Clinical Health Team Resources.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and understand their needs.
  • Communicate with internal teams about sales progress, product availability, pricing, marketing plans, and order status.
  • Help create materials for sales meetings and in-servicing for customer product adoption.
