Associate Sale Representative

About The Position

This is an entry-level sales position designed to prepare you for a future Territory Sales Manager (TSM) role. As a Sales Associate, you will help support sales activities, build relationships with customers, and learn the company’s products and processes. You’ll assist the regional sales team, complete administrative tasks, attend meetings/trade shows, and stay informed about industry trends. What you'll do Key Responsibilities

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to travel up to 50-75%.
Must meet hospital credentialing requirements.
Assigned to Theraworx Pro Clinical Health Team designated Area.

Nice To Haves

Customer service, sales, hospital or marketing experience preferred.
Basic sales and negotiation skills preferred.
Intermediate–advanced computer skills (MS Office; CRM a plus).

Responsibilities

Build and grow business with new and existing customers by introducing products and explaining features and benefits.
Support Area Sales Manager by implementing and in-servicing Theraworx Product Line.
Help solve customer issues by working with Clinical Health Team Resources.
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and understand their needs.
Communicate with internal teams about sales progress, product availability, pricing, marketing plans, and order status.
Help create materials for sales meetings and in-servicing for customer product adoption.
