The company is recognized as a top employer for career growth. This Associate Roving Personal Banker (SAFE) role is within the National Branch Network of the Consumer Banking and Lending division. The position involves providing support across various branch locations within a specific geography, covering for absent bankers or tellers, or temporary vacancies. The individual must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and surroundings while meeting customer needs.

Requirements

6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish/English
Compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations, including acceptable background investigation results
Meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO)
Ability to travel 100% of the time within the district
Commute to the assigned location(s) for the duration of the branch assignment
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
Must take and pass required language assessment
Maintains cash drawer, cash handling and balancing and spends time completing service-related tasks as needed
Requires SAFE registration at the time of employment
Individuals in Loan Originator (LO) positions must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements and comply with related Wells Fargo policies, including applicable financial responsibility, character, general financial fitness and criminal background standards

Responsibilities

Provide support across a variety of branch locations within a specific geography where a banker or teller is out of the office or to temporarily cover vacancies
Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and new surroundings while meeting customer needs
Participate in delivery of exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach as well as proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially
Assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications
Receive direction from managers and exercise judgement within defined policies and procedures
Develop understanding of bank products and services to connect to customers' needs
Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships
Provide appropriate options for bank products and services to customer
Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed
