Wells Fargo is seeking a candidate to provide support across a variety of branch locations within a specific geography where a banker or teller is out of the office or to temporarily cover vacancies. The role requires flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and new surroundings while meeting customer needs. The candidate will participate in the delivery of exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach and proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially. Responsibilities include assisting customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. The position also involves receiving direction from managers and exercising judgment within defined policies and procedures, developing an understanding of bank products and services to connect to customers' needs, and interacting with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships. Additionally, the candidate will provide appropriate options for bank products and services to customers and refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed. This SAFE position has customer contact and job duties which may include the offering/negotiating of terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction. As such, this position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results.
