About The Position

The Associate ResWare Administrator supports the configuration and administration of the ResWare platform, reporting directly to the Senior Operations Analyst. This role serves as the primary intake point for ResWare-related ServiceNow tickets, responsible for analyzing requests, clarifying business needs, and routing work to the appropriate technical or operational resources. In addition to ticket triage and coordination, the Associate ResWare Administrator performs routine and lower-complexity configuration tasks, such as user access and password resets, document template maintenance, and minor workflow configuration updates. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate user requests into actionable system changes while ensuring adherence to operational standards and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • 2 or more years of prior work-related experience
  • Valuable attributes include logical, rational, analytical, and objective, with the ability to analyze and synthesize processes and workflows.
  • Computer-savvy, not afraid of technology, left-brained (logical, rational, analytical, objective), problem-solving, understanding of company processes and products

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in title and escrow software package(s) preferred.
  • Title/Escrow business experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and triage incoming ResWare-related ServiceNow tickets to understand the underlying business request and determine the appropriate resolution path.
  • Route configuration requests to the appropriate team member or resource, ensuring accurate documentation, prioritization, and follow-up.
  • Perform routine and lower-complexity ResWare configuration tasks, such as password resets, user access support, document template updates, and minor workflow changes.
  • Communicate with internal users to clarify requirements, provide status updates, and confirm completion of requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of configuration changes and support activities in accordance with established processes and standards.
  • Escalate complex issues, risks, or unclear requirements to the Senior Operations Analyst and support ongoing system administration activities as assigned.

  • Competitive Compensation: anticipated base salary from $ 47,000 to $67,000 based on skills and experience. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
