The position involves managing the activities of Field Service Technicians (FSTs) across remote sites. The role requires making outbound calls to FSTs to ensure they are booked with work activity and ensuring that service request tickets are allocated properly. The individual will provide updates to FSTs on all tickets in their queues and communicate all updates from the PSRs and FSTs in a timely manner. Additionally, the role includes updating ticket information, checking the accuracy of incident tickets, monitoring service level agreement (SLA) goals, and escalating tickets to management when necessary. The position also requires maintaining accurate contact information for all FSTs and providing support for PSR call overflow as needed.
