Potatoes USA, the nation’s official potato marketing and research organization, is searching for a full-time Associate Research Manager to join our team in downtown Denver. As representatives of U.S. potato growers and importers, our mission is simple: to strengthen the demand for potatoes. But not just a few specific types. No, we work day in and day out to fuel demand for ALL forms and types of potatoes: fresh table stock, chipping, frozen, dehydrated, seed potatoes – pretty much every potato you can think of (except for the sweet ones). The primary responsibility of the Associate Research Manager is to assist the Research and Marketing Departments with the communication, maintenance, and deployment of the production and industry research conducted for the benefit of the U.S. potato industry. The Research Programs Manager works closely with Production Research and Marketing leadership, data providers, external researchers and industry stakeholders ensuring the availability, accuracy and usefulness of potato industry data. This position requires an ability to work with various stakeholders, as well as excellent project management and communication skills. The work schedule is M-Th 8:00am-5:00pm and Friday 8:00am – 1:30pm, with an opportunity to work remotely Wednesdays and Fridays.
