Associate, Repair Ops
About The Position
The purpose of this job is to work with repair department personnel, supporting the day to day operations of the repair operations and refurbishment operations teams. Based in Frederick, MD, Music & Arts is now part of the Guitar Center enterprise and comprises 225+ retail stores, 200+ educational representatives, and 250+ affiliate locations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft Office Experience
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process invoices for payment in a timely manner
- First line support for tracker for the repair shops
- Assist in preparing unbilled repair report
- Assist in updating repairs within tracker
- Attend weekly staff meetings and prepare the notes from those meetings and distribute accordingly
- Maintaining file system of invoices
- Additional duties as assigned
