Associate Repair & Maintenance (H)
About The Position
Performs installation, maintenance and repair work on equipment, buildings and grounds under direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Performs all duties of Maintenance/General Services as required. Performs complex maintenance and repair of equipment and tools. Performs general maintenance, groundskeeping, clean-up & repairs of buildings, facilities and grounds. Plan and complete special projects as required. Perform periodic maintenance and documentation in accordance with company Preventative Maintenance Programs and equipment service manuals. Diagnose and repair equipment and facility breakdowns in a timely and safe manner. Make equipment and facility installations, modifications and repairs. Coordinate projects and lead other personnel as required. Make Electrical Installations and Repairs to facilities and buildings as required. Analyze circuits, wiring diagrams, service manuals, and drawings to install, repair, calibrate, service or replace electronic devices and systems. Requirements
- Must have High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of five years experience
- Sufficiently skilled or having working knowledge of the following trades: Carpenter, Plumber, Mechanic, Machinist, Welder, Mason, Electrician, Electronics Tech, etc.
- Munters Corp Orientation, Quality and Safety Assurance Awareness
- Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
- Must be able to climb ladders on a frequent basis.
- Adequate strength is needed to move and repair equipment
Nice To Haves
- Electrical Journeyman Certification Preferred
