About The Position

This role is for an Associate Relationship Strategist within PNC's Private Bank organization, based in Charlotte, NC. PNC operates as an in-office company. The position involves supporting client management activities with both existing and prospective clients, coordinating team members and other PNC partners to ensure an exceptional client experience. Key responsibilities include assisting in the development and execution of relationship management plans, conducting thorough discovery of client needs to formulate action plans, and maintaining sufficient knowledge of all business segment capabilities and offerings. The strategist is expected to ensure strong client commitment and advocacy through proactive and responsive service, support a book of business, and help develop strategies for sourcing new relationships. The role also entails serving as a primary point of contact for clients and prospects to identify expansion opportunities, managing risk by adhering to AMG policies and procedures, and collaborating with risk partners to resolve client concerns. Additionally, the position requires maintaining accurate sales/client relationship management administration tasks and ensuring the execution of team processes like pre-call planning, post-call debriefs, and relationship reviews. Employees are expected to be customer-focused and adept at managing risk in line with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Requirements

  • Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions (Customer Focused).
  • Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework (Managing Risk).
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities
