About The Position

Supports Client Relationship Managers (CRM) by acting as the day-to-day quarterback for client needs and ensuring smooth coordination between accounting, advisory, and internal teams. Responsibilities

  • Support CRMs in executing tasks required to manage the client relationship effectively
  • Serve as the back up point of contact for clients
  • Help manage daily client needs, including bill pay and reporting, to ensure accurate and timely execution
  • Review client deliverables to ensure quality and consistency
  • Identify and communicate inefficiencies, risks, or opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with Advisors and the broader advisory team to ensure seamless communication, align client strategy and priorities, and coordinate effective execution
