About The Position
The Associate Relationship Manager II (ARM II) is primarily responsible for partnering with Relationship Managers in sales and servicing, performing analytical tasks. In addition, a successful ARM II will work with Relationship Managers to identify and assist in developing client solutions. The ARM II is knowledgeable on financial and risk analysis as well as having basic sales and business development acumen. The ARM II will have developed a further understanding of our products and services, will continue to develop sales competencies by working with customers on to deepen the relationship and be able to recognize new opportunities (prospecting), employ consultative selling strategies, and negotiate & bring proposals to closure. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
