About The Position
As a Client Service Officer at BlackRock, you will work directly with the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) and our mutual clients to deliver exceptional client service. You will partner with clients on operational needs and coordinate complex subject matters with internal partners. Initially supporting senior members of the Client Experience Management (CEM) team, you will be encouraged to progress rapidly and take on responsibility as a lead client service officer for Insurance clients. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to generate Requests for Proposal (RFP), coordinating operational due diligence meetings, and partnering with clients on onboarding events and change management.
