About The Position
The Associate Relations Manager's primary goal is to ensure fair and respectful treatment of associates, consistent with Burlington's core values. In this role, you will respond reactively to associate relations issues that are reported through the integrity hotline as well as other sources. This role requires a dynamic individual who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, uphold a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. This is a REMOTE role requiring the ability to work EST.
