The Associate, Regulatory Complaints position at Hyundai Capital America is a critical role that involves drafting comprehensive responses to customer complaints submitted through regulatory channels. In addition to responding to complaints, the Associate will utilize the State Examination System complaint portal to monitor and manage incoming complaints. Daily monitoring of the complaint inbox and ensuring all open complaints are addressed before their deadlines is essential. The role also involves preparing trend and root cause analyses to identify potential regulatory issues, as well as generating reports related to regulator complaints on a monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis. The position requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with various levels of the organization and state regulators. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential, and knowledge of HCA's systems and processes is preferred. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the auto finance industry, and a Bachelor's degree is required.
