The primary responsibility of the Associate Registrar is to provide direct assistance regarding designated areas within Registration Services. Duties include assisting Registration leadership with various functions such as managing the academic course schedule and catalog updates. The incumbent serves on the College Curriculum Committee and other committees and is responsible for state and NSCH reporting. The Associate Registrar has management responsibilities to include supervision of staff and student workers. Duties also include assisting with student registration including processing withdrawals, managing no shows, and other registration processes. This individual is expected to play a key role in fostering a positive work environment with the expectation of continuous improvement and first-class customer service. The position will also provide leadership to the Enrollment Management Services Division. Collaborative and team-oriented skills with a commitment to student success are essential attributes to this position.
