Hogan Lovells US LLP is currently seeking an Associate Recruitment Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in supporting the Associate Recruiting department, particularly focusing on the Washington and surrounding regions, including Northern Virginia and Baltimore offices. This position is integral to the coordination of legal recruitment and onboarding processes for various legal roles, specifically non-partner positions. The coordinator will be responsible for managing the recruitment and onboarding of associates, judicial clerks, attorneys, patent agents/technical specialists, knowledge lawyers, summer associates, and law student interns. The Associate Recruitment Coordinator will primarily collaborate with the Recruitment Manager based in the Washington office, as well as the U.S. recruiting team and other departments within the firm. This collaboration will ensure that all recruiting and onboarding activities are executed efficiently and effectively. The role will also involve participation in special projects and recruitment initiatives as assigned, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment. The position is based in the Washington office, with occasional presence required in the Northern Virginia office as needed.
