About The Position

As an Associate, Recruiting you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. You will play a critical part in building a talented and diverse workforce that aligns with our goals and values. You will report to the Lead Consultant, Recruiting, BHI Recruiting work 100% REMOTE.

Requirements

• No experience required up to 3 years of recruiting experience preferred in a corporate or agency setting.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through several channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Schedule interviews with hiring teams.
• Manage candidate communications and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Support employer branding projects and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
