About The Position
The Associate Recruiter at L3Harris is responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating job offers for candidates. This role requires collaboration with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and ensure a high quality of candidate selection.
