About The Position

As an Associate Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in supporting the hiring needs of assigned client groups by delivering a high-quality, compliant, and collaborative recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, liberal arts disciplines, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of high-volume, exempt-level roles in a fast-paced, data-informed environment.
  • Passion for providing positive and inclusive candidate-centric recruiting experiences informed by data.
  • Commitment to cultivating diversity of candidate pools in accordance with Scout Motors talent strategy.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, time-management, and organizational skills
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Resilience, integrity, curiosity, resourcefulness, collaborative orientation, enthusiastic attitude, growth mindset.
  • Ability to work well across departments and strengthen company culture through effective collaboration.
  • Minimum of High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required for all roles at Scout Motors, Inc.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an excellent customer experience for candidates and internal stakeholders by providing timely communication, TA process support and collaboration.
  • Actively source and engage qualified candidates using a variety of methods including, but not limited to leveraging databases, job boards, social media, referrals, external partner organizations.
  • Efficiently and effectively manage the hiring process (sourcing, job advertisement, screening and selection of candidates and hiring).
  • Support the building of qualified, diverse talent pipelines for current and future open roles.
  • Act as a highly skilled relationship manager for all parties, fostering strong connections with department leaders, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate talent acquisition-related data and information in the applicant tracking system (and/or) other HR platforms.
  • Achieve hiring plan and KPIs as assigned.
  • Represent Scout at talent acquisition-related internal and external events and forums.
  • Support TA projects and initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Ensure the speedy filling of aging requisitions, collaborating with the team to help identify new streams of talent for challenging roles.
