Provides Talent Acquisition strategy support to MHS hiring leaders while performing full life-cycle recruitment in assigned area. Supports the Memorial culture by providing the Memorial Experience.

  • Bachelors: Human Resources (Required)
  • One (1) year of Human Resources or Talent Acquisition related experience
  • Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Responsibilities

  • Creates sourcing strategies to attract and find top talent candidates to fill open requisitions using technology based search techniques, established external relationships and support and attend recruitment hiring events or conferences.
  • Screens and selects top talent candidates by conducting initial interviews, submit candidates to hiring manager for review and feedback, construct competitive offer package.
  • Extracts and compiles data to create competitive job offer(s).
  • Maintains department goals to maintain the Memorial Experience to all applicants, candidates, hiring managers and team members as measured by various customerexperience surveys.
  • Demonstrates current knowledge of and compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment and hiring activities.
