About The Position
The Associate Recruiter leads high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for roles primarily within Continental's hospitality division, while supporting other departments as needed. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, onboarding new hires, and helping organize and attend hiring events. This role requires regular travel to various Continental locations across Metro Detroit and may shift between recruiting and onboarding duties based on business needs.
