Job Summary The Associate Recruiter, Travel Nursing is an entry‑level recruiting role focused on building meaningful relationships with travel nurses and helping them land exciting contract opportunities nationwide. We’re looking for candidates who are self‑motivated, driven, and eager to succeed in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment. Location: Boca Raton, FL Schedule: Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a network of travel nurses by sourcing, contacting, and engaging candidates daily
  • Meet daily and weekly activity and performance metrics through consistent outreach and follow‑up
  • Take ownership of your recruiting desk by planning your prospecting and outreach strategy
  • Use AMN Healthcare’s applicant tracking system to manage activity and maintain accurate candidate records
  • Have consultative, trust‑based conversations with nurses to understand their career goals, preferences, and availability
  • Educate candidates on the travel nursing market, assignment options, and the benefits of working with AMN Healthcare
  • Assess candidates based on licensure, skills, availability, and fit for open travel assignments
  • Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely communication and realistic timelines
  • Discuss and negotiate compensation to put together competitive pay packages
  • Partner closely with Account Managers by presenting qualified candidates for current client needs
