About The Position

This job profile is to be used for jobs in a Base Plus program. Transport merchandise using a forklift truck or reach truck to designated locations within the warehouse, which may include loading, unloading and order picking. Principal Accountabilities: Under direct supervision: Assist with stocking and retrieving merchandise stored on various levels using high lift materials handling equipment to lift, carry, move, and position palletized merchandise Responsible for safe operation of equipment to ensure no damage to merchandise, equipment or facilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• One year of experience preferred
• Basic level of education will be required; reading, writing, and basic numeracy
• Required to follow simple instructions
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills required
• Displays common courtesy and politeness and uses basic verbal skills
• Accountable for delivery of own tasks to agreed time and quality standards

• Associate’s degree preferred
