Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Real Estate & Finance
• knowledge or experience with commercial real estate, commercial and industrial collateral, equity and venture capital funding and municipal bond issues.
• Experience speaking in front of groups
• Organized, detail-oriented, self-directed individual with strong project management skills and the ability to work independently on multiple tasks with competing deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The wisdom to know when you don’t know something, and the confidence to admit it and ask for help
